Return Policy

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from PUBT, we are happy to assist you for your return and you can return your item(s) as follows:

  • Please email your order number, account information, and reason for return to Returns are accepted within14 days from the date on which you received your package.
  • Items must be in new, unopened, untested, unwashed, unused condition with all original tags and all gifts or free merchandise provided with purchase attached in its original packaging.

NOTE: PUBT is not responsible for return shipping cost if the item(s) is undamaged. Also, original shipping charges incurred on your purchase is not refundable as part of your return.

  • Merchandise must be returned to PUBT where the product was purchased. 

NOTE: The item(s) purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.


Any product in good, unused condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price excluding original $30-$80 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7-10 days of receipt. We credit towards your original method of payment when possible. To get a refund, it is NOT necessary to file a claim. Simply send your merchandise to us along with proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation or packing slip) back to us. If no documentation is provided, we may not be able to process your refund.

NOTE: Since we cannot be liable for lost packages that do not arrive at our warehouse, it may be a good idea to send it using a trackable shipping method.

No Exchange Policy:

We do not accept orders or items for exchange.  If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.  Placing the new order now just ensures that you will receive it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.

Restocking Fees:

There is no restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 14 days. Please keep in mind that restrictions apply. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returns of opened, used, or damaged products to cover our processing, packing expenses. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.

Returning Damage or Incorrect Merchandise:

Damaged/Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days when your merchandise is delivered. If we are notified of damaged/defective merchandise after this timeframe, we will not be able to process your request. If your merchandise was damaged in transit, is defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team at
